What the Resource Maps
Public access in Tennessee is governed by the Tennessee Public Records Act, including T.C.A. §10-7-503, subject to confidentiality limits such as T.C.A. §10-7-504. The useful question is often which custodian holds a particular record. The Chester County Sheriff’s Office may hold a county booking record; Tennessee Department of Correction Felony Offender Information concerns qualifying state custody or supervision; and the Circuit Court Clerk is the local path for a case’s later court record. We collect those official routes and explain the difference between them. No booking photographs or arrest-record galleries are stored here.
Topics Available Here
The site is organized around the records routes Chester County readers are most likely to need, with official sources leading each topic.
- The county booking and recent-arrest reference explains the official records-request path, the lack of a verified public county roster, and what a booking record may contain.
- Wanted Fugitives describes Chester County’s court and Sheriff warrant-check paths without treating an allegation as a conviction.
- Arrest News distinguishes dated local reporting from a current official record and points back to the responsible offices.
- City references cover Henderson Busted Mugshots, Milledgeville Busted Mugshots, and Enville Busted Mugshots, with their distinct local boundaries and records context.
Limits of This Private Site
Chester County Busted Mugshots is independently operated. It is not affiliated with the Chester County Sheriff’s Office, the jail, the Tennessee Department of Correction, a court, or another government agency. We do not hold official files and cannot act for any agency or person.
- We cannot release, hold, transfer, or locate a person in custody.
- We cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or handle funds for a person in jail.
- We cannot provide legal advice or interpret a person’s case.
- We cannot certify that an address, fee, phone number, custody detail, or court outcome is current.
Only the responsible government office can confirm current custody, a charge, a release, or the availability of an official record. An arrest is an accusation, and every person remains presumed innocent unless a court proves otherwise.
