Chester County Busted Mugshots is a private reference resource, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody or release, retrieve official files, post bond, or provide legal advice. Contact the appropriate public office directly for official information.
Choose the Office That Holds the Record
For a current custody question, a booking record, or a request for a booking photograph, start with the Chester County Sheriff’s Office or jail. The Sheriff lists Records Clerk Brandy Denbow, but no dedicated public-records email, booking-photo request form, or county fee schedule was located. Ask which submission channel the custodian currently accepts. Tennessee citizens may request access under the Tennessee Public Records Act, T.C.A. §10-7-503, subject to applicable confidentiality limits under T.C.A. §10-7-504.

Official Sheriff information
The reviewed Sheriff material does not list separate records-unit hours. Its general county contact block lists Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; confirm availability with the Sheriff or jail before visiting for a records matter.
- Booking request or current custody: use the Sheriff’s Office or jail numbers above. The county booking-record reference explains the request details, likely fee framework, and response route.
- Case status or final disposition: contact Circuit Court Clerk Justin Emerson, 333 Eric Bell Drive, Suite D, Henderson, TN 38340, (731) 989-2454, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The clerk maintains electronic criminal preliminary-hearing and judgment records.
- Henderson Police report: Henderson Police accepts incident-report and private-property crash-report requests in person, by mail, email, or fax through its administrative assistant. The records contact is (731) 989-5404, extension 5035. Request a jail booking record separately when both an HPD report and county booking are involved.
- State felony custody or supervision: Tennessee Department of Correction Felony Offender Information covers qualifying state records, not ordinary Chester County pretrial bookings.
- Federal or immigration custody: use the official Bureau of Prisons inmate locator for federal sentenced custody or ICE’s Online Detainee Locator System for the distinct ICE system. Neither replaces a Chester County jail inquiry.
- Warrant-process question: use the Wanted Fugitives reference for the Clerk and Sheriff routing distinction. A warrant is an allegation or court process, not a conviction.
- Emergency or immediate safety concern: call 911. For a non-emergency routing question, use Sheriff dispatch at (731) 989-2787. Do not use emergency services for a routine records request.
Inspection is generally free under the statewide guidance. The Office of Open Records Counsel discusses 15 cents per black-and-white page, 50 cents per color page, labor after the first hour, and actual media or delivery costs, but Chester County has not published a local schedule in the sources reviewed. The official FAQ also describes a response route within seven business days, which is not a promise that every requested photograph or record will be released.
